General Pricing Parameters

IMPORTANT: 

When K Play quotes a project, it is for the project COMPLETE or “Turn Key” - including, but not limited to:                                                                       

(A) Design/Engineering   

(B) Materials & Production   

(C) Shipping   

(D) Installation   

(E) Any State Certifications Required, other. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:

1.  ALL of our quality, compliant component suppliers are from UK/Central Europe, USA & Canada - and NOT CHINA. 

Playground equipment from China is - way more often than not - produced with non-compliant, inferior and unsafe materials. Additionally, we have found designs from China to typically be NON-compliant with US / ASTM standards (slides emptying into a ball pit...one very common example).  Not only do you - as the owner/operator of an indoor play center - run the risk of significant liability with this “cheap” product,  but also of not being able to open your center once you’ve paid for and installed your non-compliant play equipment (cited by the local building authorities and/or fire marshal).  

2.  K Play itself - and not subcontractors - installs the playground equipment.  The quality of the installation for safety, durability, security and warranty is vital.  We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our materials, but also with our expertise and care that we take with our installations. 

3.  Beware of Deceptive Advertised Pricing which you will encounter rampantly on the Internet -  again, typically from US Importers from China as well as Chinese exporters to the USA that fail to include costs of shipping + installation or any other costs like state certifications which you may need (Pennsylvania for sure).

4.  Final pricing is ultimately dependent upon a number of factors – including, but not limited to:

• Project Location (where we are shipping to and mobilizing our specialized K PLAY crew to install the play equipment). 

• Materials Costs. These fluctuate by nature, so a quotation would only be valid for let’s say 14 days, 30 days max. 

PRICE LIST:

While we therefore don’t publish a “price list”, we do provide general pricing parameters below. 

** The minimum project price  - Complete price / “Turn Key” - of any of the projects shown in our Sample Designs starts at roughly $75K.** 

• 2 LEVEL STRUCTURES

  • Generally in the $75K/80K-125K range.  

  • Depends on actual footprint as well as configuration of play events. 

  • Slides, FYI, are the most expensive components to both produce and install. 

• 3 LEVEL STRUCTURES

  • Depending on the footprint (Lx W) generally wind up Total Cost Complete:  $85K - $165K range.   

  4 LEVEL STRUCTURES

  • 4-levels , depending on footprint (LxW) much wider range - $160K to double that.  

• TODDLER ZONE

  • Toddler Zone as part of a project with main play structure: adds $10K-$15K generally (just all depends on square footage and number of play elements).
